Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the BRIDGE website, membership, and events. By using our Site or joining BRIDGE, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BRIDGE ("BRIDGE," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of bridgeglobalnetwork.org (the "Site"), and your participation in BRIDGE membership, programs, and events.

By accessing the Site, registering for membership, or attending a BRIDGE event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not register.

2. Eligibility & Membership

BRIDGE membership is organized into tiers, each with its own intended audience:

ExplorerAges 15–18. Younger members should have parent or guardian awareness of their participation.
MemberAges 18–30.
Professional MemberAges 25–40.
Institutional MemberFor organizations and institutions.

A fifth tier, Ambassador, is by invitation only. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria for the tier you select. BRIDGE reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke membership where criteria are not met.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or our systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with BRIDGE.

4. Registration & Accounts

To register for membership or certain programs, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs in connection with your registration.

You agree to notify us promptly at info@bridgeglobalnetwork.org of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Events & Programs

BRIDGE organizes summits, forums, festivals, and other programs under our Six Strategic Pillars. Registering with BRIDGE is free; however, specific events or programs may carry their own fees, requirements, or capacity limits, which will be clearly stated before you commit.

Event dates, venues, speakers, and formats are subject to change. Where an event is postponed, relocated, or cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact details provided at registration.

Any event-specific terms (such as refund conditions for paid programs) will be provided separately at the time of registration for that event and will supplement these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the BRIDGE name and branding, and the design of our Six Strategic Pillars framework — are the property of BRIDGE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct at Events

Participants in BRIDGE events and programs are expected to engage respectfully with fellow attendees, speakers, partners, and staff. BRIDGE reserves the right to remove any participant from an event, or to suspend or terminate their membership, for conduct that we reasonably determine to be disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with BRIDGE's values of integrity, respect, diversity, and inclusion.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, partner organizations, or social media platforms that are not owned or controlled by BRIDGE. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content, programs, and events are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BRIDGE does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRIDGE, its officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, your membership, or your participation in any BRIDGE event or program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRIDGE and its officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your participation in any BRIDGE event or program.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your membership, or your participation in BRIDGE programs at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or BRIDGE, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may also discontinue your membership at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, except where applicable local law grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, programs, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
